Pricing questions
Do you charge per practitioner?
No — you pay one flat price for your business, not per person. Each plan includes a set number of practitioner seats: 1 on Free, 2 on Starter, 3 on Team, 8 on Essential, 25 on Scale, and unlimited on Custom. Adding someone never adds a per-seat line item; it may mean moving up a plan once you pass your seat count.
Do you take a commission on bookings or payments?
Never. You keep 100% of what you earn. When you turn on online payments, funds settle directly to your own account.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — a free 14-day trial, no card required, on Starter, Team and Essential. Scale is billed today (no trial), and the Free plan is free forever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. If you downgrade, your data is never deleted — it stays readable.
Is the Marketplace required?
No. The Marketplace is an optional growth channel — you can join when you choose, and it never takes a commission on your appointments.
Who owns my client data?
You do. Your data is encrypted and never sold or used as our product — export your data yourself (signed forms on every plan, full reports on Essential and up), or request a complete copy anytime.
What currency am I billed in?
CAD for Canadian businesses and USD for businesses outside Canada. It's set by your primary location and shown on every price above.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You move to the Free plan automatically — no charge, nothing cancelled, and all your data stays. Upgrade whenever you’re ready.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime, from Settings. Upgrades apply right away; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
