How to set up online booking

Online booking turns “call us during business hours” into “book any time.” Here’s how to set it up so it works for you and your clients from day one.

1. List your services and durations

Start with a clear menu: each service, how long it takes, and the price. Accurate durations are what make your availability trustworthy, so clients never double-book you.

2. Set your real availability

Add your working hours, each team member’s schedule, and any buffer time you need between appointments. Build in the gaps you actually take — your calendar should reflect reality, not an ideal day.

3. Put your booking page where clients already are

A hosted booking page gives you one link you can share anywhere — your Instagram bio, your website, your Google profile, even an email signature. Add a clear “Book now” link everywhere clients find you.

4. Turn on confirmations and reminders

Switch on automatic confirmations and reminders before you go live. This is the single highest-impact setting for cutting no-shows, and it costs you nothing once it’s on.

5. Decide your deposit and cancellation policy

Choose whether to take deposits and how much notice you require to cancel. Make the policy visible at booking so there are no surprises — clarity up front prevents awkward conversations later.

Run your business without the chaos

Booking, payments, clients, reminders, and growth in one calm platform. Start free — no per-practitioner fees, no commission.
